The key to this is that at LIGHTVILLE, we are leasing the lighting displays to you, as opposed to having you purchase and own/maintain everything. You simply come to us with your idea, and we then take it to the next level. 

LIGHTVILLE’s Process

When you choose LIGHTVILLE as your holiday lighting installers, we begin the process as soon as possible. We start with the initial consultation – we have an in-depth discussion with you regarding the overall vision, design preferences, core values, and other details to ensure we are creating an experience that you can be proud of. We then will take all of this into consideration and draft a proposal with numerous options, and include mockups and references so you understand what we are trying to achieve.

Once you agree to the proposal, the fun begins. From there, we take care of everything from start to finish. We’ll have our incredible team begin installation on-site, carefully constructing the unique experience. Once we complete the set up, we aren’t done. We like to maintain proactive maintenance on the display, replacing burnt out bulbs and any other issues that arise. You can also send us a maintenance request if anything were to happen between check-ins.

Here’s the best part of the process – when the season is done, we take care of the clean-up. Our holiday lighting installers will return to the location and carefully remove all of the lights and decoration, leaving the scene without a trace of the display. You can coordinate with us a takedown timeframe, or we can come pick it up when available. Lastly – we don’t discard the equipment. If you loved your display and want it back next year, we’ll have everything safely stored at our facilities and any damage or burn-out repaired for the next season.
